Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final. Once a purchase or booking is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred for any reason.
If you need to reschedule your appointment or service, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for rescheduling.
Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
